me and my mom not texting
I was sitting at my niece's swim meet recently on a visit to minnesota, and I thought I would show my mom how to text. My mom b a r e l y uses her cell phone, and so she of course was not interested in learning. That is exactly how I am in the things I do not want to learn for myself. Even though I KNOW it would be better for me to just get a bunch of ______for DUMMIES books and learn a few things, I would just rather ask someone who already knows how. I am sort of though not completely committed to doing just that. First blogg, we will see if I can figure out how to get back in here to do this again. It's kinda fun! ReplyDeleteJust got back from spending 10 days in Minnesota with my Mom, Eunice O'Neill. About a week into my visit, I was planning a move back. Isn't that just (like) the children of Israel-"for if they had looked back with homesick remembrance upon the place from which they had come, they would have found constant opportunity to return there.." I left my "real" home 40 years ago and have arrived at yet another temporary residence, but I know where my real home is! Jerry is already there, and I am packing:). God is proud of me, I am going forward.
